YOU are def on thee cusp. every year it changes as much by a day. the time is really quite imperative, as well the Exact data re: lat & long of a ctiy of birth. Once you have this done, there are countles sites for you to go to. I 'feel' that it is Libra, but only by a variance of degrees. My sister born on The cusp, is , get this "20 minutes Aquarius"..... well at least I was able to then make her a chart. your sun sign is NOT the only one at play here, tho in conclusion it is your character and hat you fall back on in crisis.

You're not a Virgo. You're a Libra. Virgo is 8/23-9/22. Libra is 9/23-10/22.

Youre right on the cusp so to know for sure you actually have to have your chart drawn up for the exact time and year and place of birth. Here is a site that will do it for free and is legit, a good site http://www.astro.com/
If you really are interested at all in astrology its worth knowing your chart anyway because its not all about your sun sign ("whats your sign?"), but about the entire chart
you may not have any idea how to interpret it once you have it all before you, but there are about a million books and websites that can help you

Well, now they saying Pluto not a planet and then they say it is and so are some other moons and stuff. So, this really puts a damper on Horoscopes. No wonder we not been having the correct results. Maybe when they get it all figured out, our Horoscopes be more accurate.

The only questionable thing is that your sun signs are conflicting. This is however no cause for alarm. And by the way.. you are definately a Libra. Without a shadow of a doubt.

your are some one who was born on a cuspe that means your in the middle of those two sings so depending on the person or magazine copany depends on the sing you are so in all actuality you are both a libra and a zirgo
