My favorite was Ursula from Little Mermaid...she reminded me of my high school band instructor, real mean and sneaky with a mouth on her.

My favorite villain had to be Prince Eric from the Little Mermaid. He was so suave and rich and did nothing to achieve it, everything was handed to him. Then, he saw Ariel and just had to have her at all costs. So being the player that he was he convinced her that he was the man for her. Before they got to do anything, he got messed up by Ursala and was pretty much gonna have what was coming to him.
Long story short. He made Ariel become something she wasn't and divided her family and turned them against her. And got away with it.

Ursula - The Little Mermaid
you get to witness her rise, when she takes control of everything after taking Ariel's (The Little Mermaid) voice, and thus gains control of the King of the sea (Triton - Ariel's father)
you also get to witness her fall, when she is taken down by the bow of the boat, then everything returns to it's serenity.

zurg is also my favorite.. i like the way he moves and how much he imitates the villain in starwars..
i like the villains more than the real heroes..!

I would say Cinderella's stepmother. I feel she just has no heart, no remorse for treating Cinderella so badly. The way she favored her own two horribly unattractive daughters and lied for them always made me so mad and sorry for Cinderella.
