I don't know how old you are or anything about you so I will just give you what I know.
I felt the same way. That life was always easier for others and that my part of the world was always getting the **** end of the stick. It colored everything for me and it almost made me lose it.
I had something explained to me and I hope it helps.
I was told that I was expecting too much from everyday life. Everyday life is average by default, not exciting and easy. Daily life is somewhere between boring and average. It is supposed to be that way. The Weeeeeeeeee times are supposed to be the exception not the rule.
This is important because it was directly related to why I felt everything sucked all of the time. I was expecting "normal" to be everything being easy and good as a
rule. So when life was just average (like most times) in my mind, it sucked. When life was bad, it totally sucked x 100 and sent me into a depression. And looking at the world that way made doing everything I had to do much harder. Life sucked and everything except the most awesome times SUCKED and made me want to cry.
If you recognize that life as a rule is hard times, peppered with average time, with some great times thrown in, the bad times wont seem so bad and the average times won't be bad at all.
If you keep feeling this way I suggest talking to a counselor. I did and it really helped.
Good luck to you.

Life is hard! You need to admit that. There are tears, pain, sorrow and burdens. There are also happiness and joy. Life is a mixture of all these. You should not expect everything to be smooth and nice. There will be times when you will be able to smile and rejoice, only look for them.
It also has to do with our attitudes. We can make up our minds to brood over the unpleasant, or focus on the positive and good. Decide to smile at the hard times and trust in God to give you better days. Choose to be happy because there is a God who loves you, who will turn things around at His appointed time.
Try to observe other people, particularly those who are ill fated, poor and under privileged. See the suffering they go through. Observe the people who are in the hospitals. Thank God that you are much better off.
I have heard this story of a boy who was always complaining that he did not have a good pair of shoes. He stopped complaining the day he saw a boy without both the legs.

Well, whatever it is that you're going through, things will change. Take some steps to change the direction of your life. Look around for someone worse off than you, that you could help. Find some good in yourself, and make it grow. Share your goodness.
Things can't be all that bad -- You've got a computer, electricity, fresh water, fresh food etc. People who lost everything in Hurricane Katrina, have a hard time, and truly something to cry about. Count your blessings!

life is what you make. Why does your life seem to be so hard on you what upsets you? what makes you happy? is there something in your life right now that isnt going the way you thought it should be? Right now in my life i am depressed and having alot of trouble in my marriage and i try to do things that take my mind away from like playing with my children or when they are sleeping i hop online. i dont want to think about the bad things in my life right now, and when i do i cry as well and my father in law who is a precher told me what i needed do and how i need to go about making things right for me. if you need any help just let me know i will be more than happy to help you in way that i can. even if you need someone to talk to you can email me at sweetpea_15401@hotmail.com maybe we can help each other and god bless you and good luck. and dont worry about the many rude comments you will get alot of people have nothing better to do or they are really depressed themselves so they feel the need to put someone else down to make themselves feel better.

I could tell you what everybody tells me "it get better the longer your here" but that really sucks to here when you just want someone to make you feel better!! So here it goes life is hard but you wait for those special moments when your all alone and just let everything out. Be a kid don't worry about bills, boyfriends, kids or anything!! Sing in front of the mirror with a hairbrush in your hand and know that you are the best singer in that room!!!

I feel deeply for you. I do not know your circumstances; I can only hope that your tomorrow will be a bright spring day. This was the delight of my beloved. May the grey mist on your eyes clear and let you see new life, leaves grass and buds and may you hear the voices of those who care for you, even those of us you do not know.
Kind regards,
Rose P.
PS I should have recognized the symptoms. I had the same. Please do as others have suggested and discuss this with your doctor. You have taken the first step and asked us for help.
Love, Rose P.

Maybe you should make an appointment and discuss this with your physician. You could be showing signs of depression in which you might need a therapist or medication to even things out. Good Luck and hang in there.

I used to get like that alot too. Just always try to think that tomorrow is another day and GOD will provide. I do not know anything about what you r going through but if u think for just a minute I bet you can probably think of someone worse then you.
And I try to think back about times that I just knew for sure "that OMG my life is over... this is the worst... I'll never get through.... but it ALL goes back to ..... tomorrow is another day and GOD does provide!!!!!!!!!

I am wondering about your age? Have you seen a Doctor and told him/her about your feelings? That is what i would suggest. It could be hormones or your thyroid is off. don't give up until you get a medical opinion and don't hold back tell the doctor just what upsets you or makes you angry or sad. that might tell them something about what is going on in your head.
