K=C, S=C, X is waste, W too can be replaced

well u should kno dat the guys who made the alphabets got their own reasons they obviously were proper englishmen so y argue with them real its a waste of time thinkin of somthin like that!!...jus deal with it!!!sorry!

It would make no sense. Slide would be clide, which could be prounounced slide I guess, but SHOULD be pronounced like Clyde. W cannot be replaced either, how would we replace the w in water? We? Whistle? C would have way too many uses, and it would make the English language even more confusing and f*cked up. But I do agree, X is a waste. We can just replace it with Z, because that's what X's are always pronounced as anyways.

I'd rather get rid of the C, and use the K for all the hard Cs and the S for all soft Cs. Ex words like exit would be longer because we'd have to use a combo of the K and the S to get the same sound, ala eksit. The same goes for the W. We'd have to use Hs and Us in combo to replace many Ws, ala huater. In fact, I think we should add some letters, so we don't have to use two letters for the TH and CH sounds.

They cant be replaced! If they were it would be very confusing ( at first) then the other letters would just be like the same thing! So it woulnt be a very good idea.... atleast for me.....
