Its my sister she really idolize Tom Cruise. It would really make her happy to see him in person. It's her biggest dream.

Your sister should join the Church of Scientology and attend the same church that he does in Los Angeles. She has better odds of meeting him there than almost anywhere else ... unless she gets a job on one of his movie sets. Good luck to her.

I can sympathize with your sister wanting to see her favorite celebrity. BUT. With the way Tom Cruise is these days I can't resist: Go to the largest furniture store in LA and wait in the sofa department. He'll probably show up to do his Tigger routine. Or go wait outside the unemployment office. He's bound to show up there sooner or later. Or apply to school to learn to do ultrasounds--he may enroll in the next class since he has his own equipment.

Tell her to think of something that will help the world. Have her study in school and get a volunteer job helping unfortunate people and take away the TV and the net.
