There are 12, IF the postal service even has a three-cent stamp. If the postal service does not then the respond is 0. i do no longer have confidence the postal service has a three-cent stamp because you get a million-cent stamps as replace from the stamp device

that would be 12...a dozen equals 12 no matter what. It's kind of like "which weighs more, a ton of feathers or a ton of lead??". They both weigh the same because a ton is always a ton.
