My problem is very strange....Hope to get good answers from u. Anyway, problem is that there's a guy in my college, earlier a month back it seemed as if he was damn interested in me. He kept on staring at me, wherever i go, he used to follow me. He used to roam outside my classroom & my each & every friend said that he's going 2 propose me. But he didnt. Now 3-4 days back, in our recess time, he with his 4-5 frnds, came & they all started laughing & clapping on me & my frnds, they all started producing very stupid kind of sounds.... & all were following us & that too in the mid of our college garden & everyone was lookin at us. Goooossshhh that was so embarassing that i came 2 my class & started weeping. Now he's not coming to college since that day & if'll come then i know again he'll try 2 create a scene, I'm totally exhausted coz i dont even know him then why is he doing like this. Pls advice what should i do now?
If u wanna answer me via mail then its christian_chics@yahoo.com

Ignore him. He utterly has know respect for you, so he humilate you. Remember some people just don't know when to grow-up. If you want talk to him, but i doubt it you want to open yourself to someone who just embarrassed you. For all you know, he can willingly do it again. These moments are like middle school and high school, when ignorant ppl will do ignorant and stupid things, and the only way to get by is ignore them, don't acknowledge their attempts to affect you, and go on with your life with your friends.

That sounds very upsetting. I'd say the boy is either quite immature, or he's mentally troubled in some way. I hope you can ignore the entire thing and put it out of your mind.
If he returns and continues to bother you, there must be some type of administrator you can contact, an adviser or other authority who can both ask him to stop and also evaluate why he's doing these things.
I think that since he treated you so disrespectfully, there's no point in trying to talk with him -- unless he approaches you to apologise.

Maybe he is not mature and they is trying to get your attention in the wrong way.
Or, he was interested in you and his friends made him feel like a fool so he os showing off.
Or. Maybe he thought you would say no and he wants to hurt your pride before you can hurt his.
You sound like you are from India and weeping keeps you appearing pure and desirable.
I understand this so aviod him, turn away, pretend you do not see or hear him.
Or if not then just stare at him like he is a foolish boy Then if that does not work tell him he is being foolish.
If you like him just rememberif you are new at the university then do not settle too soon.

IT sounds to me like it could be sexual harassment- first he stares at you all the time, then he gets a bunch of his friends together and starts clapping. Sounds to me like someone may have started a nasty rumor- I have someone who I'm no longer friends with- he told me about an incident where he found out someone had Chlamydia, and then how he told his friends, and then whenever they saw that person, they would all clap and laugh. I would let someone know. Although, you did mention he hasn't been to school for a bit- he could have been expelled already- I'm sure that's something that would get you at least suspended, if not expelled.

Just determine if he did the little scene to humiliate you, or for unknow reasons, since it might be a hardly skilled way of trying to get close to you (strange indeed). Otherwise, if he tried to humiliate you, show some class and set him right, once and for all.

A study campus has administrators. Make them aware of this and ask them to keep an eye. That is a place where you do many things along with your studies, but nothing at the cost of studies.

You're reading big stuff in small print. Forget this class clown and find a real guy to like. Guys who will hurt you and break your heart are a dime a dozen, so it should be easy to find the good ones.

Talking to this guy won't help. Press charges against him for stalking or harrassment. A very few colleges will do something if you report him that way.

Try asking someone who is closest to you what the commotion is all about...You may be pleasantly surprised or totally embarrassed.
You will be able to get a handle on what's going on around you that may involve you.
