1st of all , what kind of car do you have? 2nd, if he replaced the ignition module and the fuel pump is bad of course it wont run. 3rd, why do you think it is the crank sensor? 4th ,there are 1000 things that might cause your car to not start.

3 possibilities:

1. The new ignition module is bad. These things are more likely to break when you first run the car than at any other time.

2. He didn't get the electrical connectors on it correctly and one came off.

3. The problem wasn't the ignition module after all.
