Top 40 radio station wanted?

I wanted to know how I could go about informing someone that a Top 40 radio station is need in the SF Bay Area? Maybe e-mail a radio station one from somewhere else and see if they would put like a sister station there or something? We need one really bad here and I cannot believe there isn't one.

Top 40 as in not Hot AC (which has older songs) such as ALICE 97.3
