Better it be down then up. If I remember correctly GTA: San Andreas came out October, 2004, and it's two years later.
Oh and i think GTA: San Andreas is PS2 Greatest Hits and Sony has a contract saying ALL PS2 greatest Hits will be priced at $20.00 or less. That's why Madden isn't a greatest hit, even though we all know it's a hit.

I think parents are noticing I saw Grand Theft something for 3.99 Either that or we are just plowing through more quick fixes and materialism.

It's because the price of the games go down over time. i can get the game for £10 for PS2 although the PC version is more expensive. it just gets cheaper over time.
