I don't get off on it but I think it is more comfy so I often don't wear a bra. I am a 34B so it's easier for me than a girl who is bigger.

Because not wearing underwear is not the same as not wearing pants? Your question would only make sense if you replaced "pants" with "underwear", but as far as I know it's legal for a man to walk around without a jock strap on, so why should it be illegal for a woman to not wear a bra? A better question is, if uncovered breasts are such a travesty that we must force women to wear shirts EVERYWHERE except a nude beach, then shouldn't we make it illegal for very fat guys to go to the beach or anywhere else without a shirt too? What's the difference?

I don't get off on it personally.... but my husband absolutely loves it when i have no bra on in public and my nipples are hard and tempting him to touch them especially if i'm wearing his favorite white t-shirt with the low cut v neck and the dark circles of my nipples are showing through the fabric and my t*ts look like they are begging for him to touch them!!!!!!

No - mine are too big (12C) to be wandering around with no bra on. I always wear a bra. I can't stand Nipple Freeze (when a girl's nipples show through her top)
