What type of file was it?

I just typed in Aveyond for LimeWire pro and all that came up was the 200.00 KB, tell me you did not download that because those are worms and you can expect your computer to slow down and your desktop icons to disappear in like 2 hours.

1. Delete the FILE IMMEDIATELY.
2. GET YOUR MCAFEE OR WHATEVER VIRUS SCANNER YOU HAVE AND START SCANNING YOUR ENTIRE DISK DRIVE.
3. Get Spyware Doctor or something because if you use Credit Cards on that computer, the virus will take the number and name, and will probably screw your programs.
4. Doing a system restore might help but if the virus attacked a document file, and sometimes the virus appears as a document file, like notepad and word, and the system restore don't delete document files.

Zip,rar and iso codecs are handy information on a thank you to place one hundred's of archives into one document. Use Winzip to open zip archives. Use WinRar to open rar archives. Use WinISO or PowerISO or MagicISO to open iso archives. you additionally can use Nero to burn the iso right into a working CD. Extract the archives, then there will be a setup.exe document like various different application. i might propose Bittorent for classes somewhat than Limewire. Limewire is extra suitable for small video clips and song archives.
