Start, (settings) Control Panel, Audio devices (or something similar) Find your burner, right click and choose properties.

Or, if your burner has an icon, right click it and choose properties.

This is fairly easy to do.

Use Device Manager.

Find your "My Computer" icon, right click it, and choose "Manage."

In the left-hand pane of the window that opens, find "Device Manager" and click it.

In the right hand pane, you will now see all the categories of hardware devices that are installed in your PC.

Find DVD/CD-ROM drives, and click the little plus sign next to it. That will open that heading and display the devices of that type that are installed in your system. It should list the manufacturer and model number.
