It's not your PSP, their probably doing something with the site. Sometime large sites like Youtube.com and Myspace.com go down and they have fix servers because a lot of junk that appears. It should be working in the morning or working right now.

probaly because psp doesnt support flash right now

It's your memory. What you need to do is clear the history on it. I had the same prob. If its something else than that... I t beats me.........
