I keep telling you people, 911 wont work. I keep dialling but nothing will happen

if no ones is answering 911 call the operator and tell them its an emergency and that you need the police and paramedics to your building right away. ( or if you know the phone number for you local fire dept., call them) clam down cuz if your all panicy you won't be any help to the injuryed. go outside with alot of towels and if the person is awake keep them talking to you. keep pressure on any bleeding wounds and don't let them move at all!!!!!!!!! hope this helps. if the person is not breathing you need to give them CPR ( two breathes then 30 chest compressions and every min. you need to check to see if they have a pluse and if they are breathing)
PS when the police arrive- please tell them that 911 is not working . cuz then they need to let the news stations and radio stations know and give them numbers for people to call.

CALL 911 NOW (if they haven't responded yet). Try to calm down, lots of deep breathing, and try not to take it personally. It's a traumatic situation.
