Who is it, and why?

Yes, he is someone I met when I was a teenager and have never forgotten. We are nearly mirrored personalities. I may not see him for ten years at a time and although we are on different roads in life it is as if no time has passed when we meet. There has been no physical contact.. he is just my soul mate, why.. I don't know.. I just do.

Quite obviously you are young. The idea of a soul mate sounds great but the reality is that it could also be used as a control tool for sex offenders. I do believe that in consenting adults the possibility exists for an inner connection. Because if two people understand how each other think on a broad basis of subjects they both know what to expect from different life situations. Also when you are able to let your guard down because you trust an individual the relationship has a chance to prosper. In answering the question I don't have a soul mate. Unfortunately some of us find love to be a very complicated issue.

I don't have a soul mate and i don't believe in that too. Just think about it, everybody just comes and goes. Nothing lasts forever. You may think that your boyfriend or girlfriend are going to last forever or are soul mates of each other, in reality, things may happen that would cause you and this person to be apart. I used to think that me and my ex girlfriend (im bi, by the way) are soul mates. Guess what, we broke up and she is now dating someone else. So..the notion of soul mate, i don't believe it or buy it, anymore.

Yes, I do. It is my fiance. I am 41 and met him just over a year ago and we will be married next year. Why is he my soulmate? Let's see: we have pretty much everything in common, he treats me with love, honor, respect, kindness, and lots of attention. He doesn't treat me like a piece of meat (like my ex husband did) or like someone he can lie and cheat to/on (like my ex did). He totally treats me like a goddess and I treat him like a god. He is always calm, doesn't get jealous, and is a good housekeeper (all unlike my ex).

In other words, he treats me like a woman should be treated; I treat him like a man should be treated. All of the soul mate/true love feelings are there for both of us. When you have a soul mate, you just know it. You click in every way possible: mentally, emotionally, physically, sexually, intellectually, and any other way possible. That is how my fiance and I are: we click in every way possible.

YES! I have my sole mate for life. He is loving and everything a woman wants in a man. We are so much a like and can read each others mind before anything is said to one another. Good luck to all looking for one I found mine.

Yes, I do.

My college friend coz the first time I met her that's when I knew I want to grow old with her. Ah, life's irony and its cruel ways to teach lessons. Just when you think and feel you met the "perfect imperfect person", things snap and you wake up from the dream world realizing that he or she does not like you or love you...basically does not respond to the love interest. Chemistry, as "they" say. I like her mental picture more than her physical presence. It does not matter if she likes me or not, I am happy that I loved her madly, truly and deeply. Now, I am doing all my best to love her "unconditionally". If I expect her to love me back, its conditional love. Indeed, I met my soul mate.

I do. He is the one I love, the one I wanna kiss, etc.

He's my soul mate because even from afar we know when we will see each other. He knows what I'm thinking, and I know what he's thinking.
