I don't know if she did it, but I don't think that he commited suicide. There are a few points that really make you wonder. He had 3 times the lethal dose of heroin in his body. Why wouldn't he just let the heroin do the work. Also, with that much in his body, he would have been comatose which means that he wouldn't have been able to position the shotgun into his mouth. Another thing is that after he died, the shotgun wasn't fingerprinted until about 2 weeks later. But there is also some eveidence against Courtney. On the back of one of Hole's albums, she wrote the tracklist. In the suicide note, the handwriting is identical. These are just a few points that I can remember off the top of my head, but there are several more. I suggest reading up on it.

Courtney coudn't have done it, she was in rehab at the time, I believe as an alibi. Kurt was divorcing her and she was going to lose everything. Ibelieve she had someone do it. She is the scum of the earth, and she shouldn't have custody of Francis Bean, their daughter.
