I think you're asking what you do if you're in a situation where you feel you can't tell anyone about what's going on. A situation I was in that was like that was when my friend was in a relationship with a much older man many years ago, when we were still in middle school. I felt I couldn't tell anyone because I'd lose her friendship, but I was also afraid that she would get hurt.

If you think you can't tell--do it anyway!! Sometimes what's right is not always easy, and what's easy is not always right. If someone is in a dangerous situation, you need to tell someone. If YOu are in a dangerous situation, you need to tell someone!! Get some help for whatever is wrong.

Do a more detailed analysis. List good points and bad points separately. Then sort by importance, then apply rating factors, do the appropriate math, and see what pops out. So far, I have never actually had to do this, but it is there if needed.
