It's a good idea to consider. I'd like to think positive. After all, if a woman is going to have a breast augmentation, I'd like to think it would increase her ability to float. Thank you for a splendid opportunity to strech my i-m-a-g-i-n-a-t-i-o-n & 2 points!!!

I don't have them, but I have a bit of common sense. Silicone is heavier than water, so it would not float. Saline is the same weight as water and would not float, just as a water balloon would not float.

I have my real breasts,and I don't know of anyone that has had breast surgery.So..I am sorry,i can't answer your question, honestly.

On occasion... when I was younger, they got me a LITTLE light-headed but I didn't FLOAT,
but I prefer NATURAL these days!!!!!
