i walk in on my best friend little sister having sex and she's only 12 she asked me not to tell but im thinking of telling anyway is it my business

I would say something for sure! She's 12! She shouldn't be doing this and needs to learn a lesson.

I dont think you should go for the jugular and tell her parents but instead, have a sit down with your best friend and the 12 year old and be the mediator. The girl obviously needs some advice and insight. Try to smooth the mood by being non judgmental and remain objective. Tell your friend to talk to his/her little sister on a serious note. It can be a secret between the three of you now if you discuss it and it doesn't get more out of hand. if it does parental involvement won't be an option it will be the last resort. Figure out why she's having sex at 12 and also, find out the age of the guy if you dont know.

As much as you think it may jepardise something about your friendship, it IS your business. See, if you're old enough you're probably familiar with dangerous risks such as STDs and pregnancies that can b the cause of sex. That's why you'd probably tell your brother about it because if something would happen to his sister, he'd never forgive himself. I know it cause I'm an older brother and have a little sister of my own. (Hopefully nothing like that will ever happen with her).
Anyway, I think you must telling, cause being an older brother isn't easy and it'd be nice of you to help... especially since it's your best friend. And besides... SEX is not something for kids to do untill they're at least 16.

no its not your business. how ever... she is 12.
how are her parents? harsh? if so go to one of her school counslers. shell never know it was you. if her parents are ok then have a sit down. dont let them get out of hand though cause if they come down hard on her then she might do something stupid. if you can, u and her older sister need to have a serious talk with that boy. i say threaten him tell him that if you see him with in a mile of her that you make sure that something bad happens to him. you have to understand starting at that age only holds bad things in the future. so if you care please do something. if it was my daughter or my sister i would hope someone would and i think you would too.

you must tell. she isnt old enough to be having sex, this could traumatize her. her parents will appreciate how mature you are. On the other hand she will deny it and you may lose a friend. but this is one of those things you will have to live with for the rest of your life. Maybe talk to your friend first, but if your friend wont go to the 12 yr olds parents you really should.

Tell! NO 12 yr old should be having sex...! Her parents need and deserve to know...! Also, if you don't, the consequences will be far worse for you if anyone finds out you knew and someone could hold it against you...!

I think you should. At twelve she can get pregnant and imagine! If you can prevent it just do it. she is just a baby and if she doesnt know about protection she is going to be a baby having babies pretty soon. She will be mad at you now but when she grows up she will thank you
