Depends, Since I don't know where he stands (I don't follow celeberties as I have better things to do). I would have to listen to his stand on several issues.
If he was to run, and had the same views as me, then yes. After all, Acting coplements politics well. Look at Reagen, Shwartiager, oh wait, wern't they both rebulicans. Sorry, I guess the liberal holywood world isn't ready to be taken serisely.
Depp could make a good canadate. He has to let us knwo where he stands, and then prove capeble of handeling a crowd which doesn't love him (goverment and critics)

Crazy question, but answering some replys first. Of course he doesn't have the education, but is certainly more intelligent than leader as what you call a "super power". He also doesn't hate America, he might just feel a tad embarrassed by the ignorance of some Americans. Like some calling us the last super power and Bush calling himself "the leader of the free world". Think he just wants to raise his family as normal as can be & without gwakers everywhere. Maybe as simple as mowing the lawn in your pjs or going to a pub for a pint without people taking pics with him on cellphones. Don't think he would ever give it up for politics! Go Hillary!!!! Ps, Arnold cant be president, not born in the USA

I would not pick him as President because:
1. he is not a politician, he's an actor
2. The Terminator has a better chance than he does.
3. He was not born in the United States of America

No; for the following reasons
1) He is very insecure and has practiced self harm due to this insecurity
2) He dropped out of high school when he was 16
3) He has been arrested several times, at least one of those times was for drug use, another of those times was for assultinig the papparazzi
4 ) He is anti-American, and has called Americans dumb, and apparently those Americans who continue to go to his movies prove his point.

I love Johny D but I dont think his extremely talented acting abilities and shy private and reserved personality would be any good in politics
