It's a little hard to suggest things without a little more information. Are one or both of you too tired after work? Do you have small children in the house? Are you newlyweds or have years of marriage between you? See, any or all of these could have a factor in the relationship.
But I'll try to answer from the male side of the bed. I get the impression that you have more sexual desire than he does. Males tend to respond more to visual sensations. As one person suggested, maybe play dress-up with the both of you. Rent/buy a really good adult movie or two, perferably by Candide Royalle or similar directors. Watch it together. You both may get some ideas as to other things to do with each other.
Take a romantic weekend somewhere and just learn about the other person's body, their senstivities, their fantasies. Simple communication can do wonders above and beyond the "I never knew you wanted to do that" stage.
Do some research into other interesting areas of sexuality. While you (or he) may not try some of it, your fantasy lives may spark up and that almost always translates into a more lively time in the sack. Check into Amazon.com or your local bookstores. Note I'm not saying to buy pornography but there is a lot of really decent erotic writing that appeals to both genders.
Find a decent adult store someplace away from your usual areas and both of you go shopping. Doing it away from your neighborhood reduces the chances of anyone you know seeing you and allows you to be more relaxed. Seeing what interests him and vice versa will help both of you. And yes, there are a number of adult stores that are not sleazy cesspits of depravity; they're clean, bright purveyors of good dirty fun.

If you have to do that for a man, he can go on somewhere. OK...Here's some tips for ya... Go get some sexy lingerie.. Every man loves to see his woman all wrapped up in the sexiest outfit ever... Emphasize on what body part you know he likes (titties or a$s) as far as what should be showing more in the lingerie.
