My friend (yes, really my friend, not me. He is too lazy to post this) has been in possession of some lolicon anime (which involves younger girls in comprimising situations. Almost animated child porn) for some time. Recently a law was put into effect banning this in the United States. If he was caught with it, would it be illegal, because he has had it for a long time, or should he go throw it out? (Yes, I know it is bad stuff. I want him to get rid of it. I was just wondering if it is still illegal. Please no answers just about the wrongness of it.

As far as I know lolicon anime is not banned in the U.S.

But if it is animated child porn (and there is a difference) and he is caught distributing it he could be in serious trouble.

I trust you that the might desire to alter the ideas, i.e., to flee from certainty, is a elementary human pick. i think of it particularly is somewhat decrease on the record, nevertheless, using fact human beings pick love and/or companionship until now they pick different issues. I additionally agree that the taxation situation, somewhat whilst it comprises marijuana, is significant. If certainly each and every physique might desire to easily improve it of their back backyard, the government does not get its cut back like it does with tobacco and alcohol. The pharmaceutical industry has sufficient drugs to place the full united states of america into la-la land and then some, yet they federally regulated, are worthwhile, and pay taxes. Heroin and cocaine are extra complicated using fact of their addictive residences and ability deadly nature. If all persons might desire to legally purchase those drugs, affordably, there could be a extensive spike (no pun meant) in overdoses, so in this regard i've got self belief the government, or a minimum of your well-known voter, is in touch proper to the well being effects and not lots proper to the lost taxes.
