if rachael ray's surname was german (or sounding) would you think she was Jewish?

My friend has been arguing w/ me over this for days.
I keep saying that there is no Jewish "look" that is reliable, and he says someone w/ her looks but a Germanic name is surely Jewish. He says the same applies to Giada de Laurentiis, if her name was for example "Elena Lutzger", (his choice) most people would think she's a (hot) Jewish girl.

de Laurentiis is Italian and as far as Rachae Ray, I say it doesn't matter so long as your a fan!

I can't honestly ever remember thinking "oh, German" when I hear the word Jewish with ONE EXCEPTION, and that is Anne Franck. PERIOD. Otherwise, I don't think of a Jewish Look, unless they speak of Hasidic Jews, etc.

Who cares, is this question Race loaded.? Jews took on alot of German names, customs, etc. that the German people carried. A German Jew perhaps. What does it matter. ?

i dont know why you are arguing about this, wouldnt your free time be more well spent by having sex. there is such a thing as a german jew, argentinian jew, african jews etc.. whats in a name. jewish people migrating all over after the war so anything is possible.
