do you think that if you cant get a hint of the package in a mans pants then it must mean that he has a small one?

yeah, probably. But I don't specifically look at the package in a man's pants. I would be more interested in his good looks and his personality.

I found that i depends on the pants also, that if he has a pookey out butt (bubble butt) the nice stick out kind well it seems to make his package protrude out looking bigger. also button fly pants & low rider jeans make it apppear bigger.

no. it all depends on how you "wear" your package. by that i mean which direction you have it pointed in your shorts. depending on placement, you wouldnt be able to see the bulge unless it was HUGE.
