what is that green stuff that forms on glasses after a while??

Like on your nose pieces? That is just what your body's natural oils do to the silicone in your nose pieces..............Looks nasty huh? It will eventually happen to them all.

It is cause by the oxidation of copper in the frame. Just clean it off, nothing to worry about but goes to show that your frame is getting old and it may be time to change your glasses

Mold? Corrosion? Clean them regulary; I don't have green stuff on my glasses.

A form of algae. Remove it with mild bleach caused by moisture in the air and in your breath,
