No doubt in my mind, it's George W. Bush! Why, because he dragged us into war without using the proper channels. He is the worst environmental president ever. I could go on and on , but I'll just annoy myself.

You are absolutely correct. Just look at everything he does and does not do. And I think all other American presidents actually made their own mistakes instead of being told what to do. He didn't even move until told to do so while the twin towers were falling down. Wow that is stupid.
