Pet stores will regularly have kits on sale that come with everything you need for start-up. It can be the least expensive way to go.

Petco does have a dollar a gallon sale going on now. I just bought one there today. Its just for the tank though, no hood or equipement included. It was still a steal!
Ps. the sale goes on till sept 10th I think.

I need an 80 gal.
I was disappointed when I looked on line and it's only up to 55 gallons
