Soap, water, towel and then just pull the skin back and start washing around the head and the whole entire penis.

You pull back the foreskin and clean around the area...
You may not be circumcised for religious reasons Most of the babies are circumcised in the hospital. If you feel for just being clean you should get the procedure done. It is a question of how you feel. It is up to you and I do not mean to knock any one who is not circumcised because it is your choice.

Pull back the foreskin and just wipe it down like you would any other dirty part of the body
