The Constitution doesn't need reforming. It simply needs to be upheld.

"...and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

Remember that oath Mr. President?

Repeal the 16th amendment. Which will make it illegal for the Federal government to tax income.

Repeal the 17th amendment. Discontinue the direct election of senators. Return the Senate to as discribed in Article I, section 3 of the Constitution as written by the founders. Senators to be appointed by the States Legislators.

i suggest we dont buy into the lie that the biggest threat to this country is terrorism ... and start looking at real threats that are already unconstitutional like the IRS and a privately owned central bank having the monetary and issueing power ... terrorism is nothing more than a created enemy fashioned after the vision of straussian neocons on capitol hill as a tool to further their aspirations of an american empire that they are in charge of .... terrorism is no more a threat now than it has ever been and if you think that it is worth global conflict and tossing away the constitution and your rights then you are the one that needs to be deported ... not the mexicans.

Restore the constitution to the intentions of its framers. Throw out the liquid document theory and any supreme court rulings based upon that theory. Add a constitutional amendment that defines life as beginning at the moment of conception and ending at the time of natural death.

Each & every idea has to have its own law. NO irrelivant items attached amended to it. Like in California's propositions. The incumbent would finally have to live with their record. The people could clearly see where their canidate stood.

It would also throw one hell of a monkey wrench into the lobbyist working agenda.

None. I suggest they teach it better. Any changes would have to go through a constitutional convention. Do you see any Madisons or Jeffersons available to go? Count your blessings.

Extend presidential terms to seven years with no possibility of re-election. Would solve a lot of problems with pandering.

Make all forms of lobbying illegal. But wait!!!!!!!! That won't work because we would have a lot of illegal lobbyist. Too many of them to do anything about. Humm, well I guess we could put the Hell I don't know.

Repeal and replace the 14th amendment. The 14th amendment is too vague. It needs to be clearer.
