I have a student that has this problem. Look it up; it may be hydrosis. There are some things that you can do. Do a search and read to see if it is you. The main cure though is surgery, although I understand that it is somewhat minor.

Palmar Hyperhidrosis
Sweaty palms is a condition referred to as palmar hyperhidrosis. This medical condition is caused by hyperactive sympathetic nervous activity over sweat glands of the hands. Medical treatment typically consists of prescription medication, which only reduces sweating temporarily, and is not normally effective in severe cases of this condition. The only effective treatment for patients with server palmar hyperhidrosis is a surgical procedure called thoracoscopic sympathectomy. This procedure can now be performed safely as an outpatient, same day basis...Read More on Sweaty Palms

I don't think there's anything you can take for it and this is probably not what you want to hear but instead of shaking people's hand just say to them "sweaty palms." I'm sure some of them will be understanding and for the ones who aren't, well who cares what they think. I have sweaty palms too. It's not as bad as yours but you really shouldn't let it get to you so much. You seem to have overactive sweat glands, maybe there is something you can take. Go ask a doctor. But if not, then you're going to have to live with it.

I have basically the same problem with my hands, only mine are usually really cold in addition to being sweaty (clammy, I guess you'd say when they're cold). I'm not sure what advice to give you about that--I'm still trying to figure it out myself. But as for your *other* sweat problem, try over-the-counter Certain Dri. It's kind of annoying because you have to apply it at night so it can start working while you're sleeping, but it works really well.

Your not alone! I have the same problem. As far as your hands the most you can do is try to keep them open, don't fold your hands unless you have to, if you have to hold someones hand keep a Kleenex in your pocket and discreetly wipe your hands, you can pretend your casually wiping your nose. As far as your armpits, use antiperspirant deodorant and when you can, discreetly lift your arms just so there is air flow. And try not to over dress and heat up. Good Luck!

There are injections that the doctor (a dermatologist, I think) can give you to block up overworking sweat glands.

Use baby powder, this should absorb some of the moisture from your palms. Also, avoid lotions!
