Try to get more excited before you start intercourse so that you'll be closer to orgasm (like hand jobs, etc). Using lubrication such as KY jelly may also ease her discomfort.
Some men develop delayed orgasms because of certain medications (most commonly anti-depressants). If that's the case for you, talk to your Dr. I wish you luck in working this out.

Time to shorten things up a bit. KY is good, but a woman is just a tad more sensitive down there. Ask for oral, 69... whatever. But respect the fact that she is not with the 2 hour F fest... Find another way to please her and maybe she find something for you after your 30 minutes is up. Good luck.

most would think that a very good thing, but in this case try other things besides intercourse, add more foreplay even say in the middle of sex to give her time to relax a bit.
