We also have opposite schedules and don't spend a whole lot of time together. I'm surprised to see so many people in the same situation. The time we do spend together is a lot of mundane stuff like running errands and watching TV, though, so not much lost there. I like having the time to myself, and when we're together (even if we're not doing anything) we tend to appreciate it and not feel like the other person is underfoot so much.
We do have a regularly scheduled date at a coffee shop once a week. We both really enjoy that.

We've been married 19 years. We spend every evening together and most weekends. I think we're soul-mates. The only thing though is, I can't work with him. We tried running a siding company together and I drove him crazy because I HATED working construction and my feelings got hurt too easily. That was mostly my fault. I don't take direction too well :)! I love my kids to death but I sometimes can't wait until they've moved out so I can have him all to myself again!

I get from Friday evening about 4pm till Monday morning 5am, he works out of town. Weekends are spent with the kids, doing chores, etc...Thank goodness for unlimited long distance and free after 7pm. We talk to each other at least 3 times a day. If he's not to tired at night , he pulls out the puter and web cam and we can chat that way

We have always been together almost all day everyday... Just this last few months he's gone 3 day's a week working but hopefully not for long... We can be together alot... we mesh very well...we're kinda lost without each other, if ya know what I mean....but we are both very independent so we know how to give each other space automatically...We have been living together for years and just in July we tied the knot...I can't believe we did it....

not much really, like technically he works and then he comes home and goes to sleep. on the days he works, i say a good hour...in the morning, we wake up, talk for a bit and he gets ready to go to work. after work, we'd talk more about how his work day was and the drama that occurs at work, then go to sleep. i rarely spend a whole day (or even half) on our days off.
but granted, we work together...i'm his right hand man...er woman. but the thing is, at work...we work. i've asked him that why does he want me around his work when we don't even talk or anything. he said he likes my presences and puts him in a good enviroment. occasionally i see him looking at me with a smile. so it's all good.

Not very much, maybe two hours, except on weekend's when we spend all day together. This is due to conflicting schedules (I work days and he works nights).
