I am trying to locate a recent proper address on my enstranged spouse. How can I access data records of his where bouts, using the internet.

Try Zabasearch.com This site lists some of the most recent addresses, phone and sometimes the birth year of the person you're looking for. The site also contains other very reasonable pay-sites to enhance your search.
You can also try classmates.com. If you know where the person went to school. If the person isn't listed here you can post a "looking for" message on the message board.

Zabasearch doesn't work-you still have to pay for the info.
