No. Women are born with eggs in their ovaries. You just can't magically create the eggs by surgery.

Transexuality can be of two sorts, a physical and also by sexual orientation. The physical transexual has both male and female characteristics and therefore may be incapable of producing sperm or ova. The transexual of sexual orientation is capable of pregnancy.

The only way I could see that happening is if a uterus taken from a woman was implanted into the "man" and then artificially inceminated. (sp)
The baby would have to be born by C-section as well.
Im not sure of the ins and outs of a sex change operation but I am sure that they would not have a uterus or fallopian tubes. Vitial things needed to make and grow babies.

Well if a man turns to a woman no cuz inside he is still a man they are not given fallopian tubes ovaries and uterus or a vagina they are just getting their wankers chopped off And if a woman is turning into a man no because she will get a complete hysterectomy and be on plenty of hormones so No is the answer.

You know how many other things there to worry about in this life.
If you think about it, you will know the answer. girls are born with all the eggs they will have in a lifetime. men are born with no eggs and cannot make them so where does the baby come from and how does it get inside a man? use brains and knowledge and please put your mind on things that will improve you as a person. thanks
