even if there was "life" on mars it wasnt very interesting, i bet they didnt even have in-and-out--(right back at ya with the thumbs down) In my opinion the space program is the biggest waste of money ever, how can we justify spending billions of dollars on this junk. fix the dang global warming, educate people so our prisons dont get overcrowded, enforce immigration laws, free medical care for the elderly, i dont care about mars because we wil never, ever, have a manned flight to mars, ask someone how long it would take to get there and back, go ahead ask. Name a few good things that came from the space program? did i hear matresses and tang? oh now i see why we have spent trillions of dollars over the last 60 years, it all makes sense now. why the heck would we need a space station??? that has to be the dumbest idea i have ever heard! for what!? dont get me started on the space program because besides loving to help people in need, i love to hate the space program, really you should try it because they will never ever prove you wrong by actually accomplishing something worthwhile. any worthwhile discovery made in space could have been made here for 1/1000 of the cost. oh lastly, satellites are ok because i like television and internet and such, but thats IT!

YES it was used as a stepping stone, the original planet that had the first forms of life( ie HIGHLY INTELLIGENT LIFE) is now the ASTEROID BELT between Mars and Jupiter the catastrophe that saw its distruction also effectted mars but before that they took the lower forms of life ie US and placed us on earth the youngest living planet at that time. Before this the exterminated the DINOSAURS. there is alot more to it then this very basic paragraph. Check out Cydonia region of mars. THE CATASTROPHE that destroyed their original planet and knocked Mars out off its original orbit WILL happen again but this time it will this beautiful living organisam that we are killing on a daily cycle and we have the nerve to call it home. MOTHER EARTH

Astronomers have yet to discover actual concrete evidence of life on Mars. They have, however found evidence that there was once water on Mars, and could still be (in the form of ice). The presence of water and a limited amount of oxygen (there used to be more) combined with a distance not too close to the sun have led astronomers to believe that it is definitely possible that life could have existed on Mars, but they have yet to find it.

Hope this helps.

Yes, we have evidence of microscopic life on mars in fossils. Don't know what this has to do with Germans besides that there are 'germs" on MARS. Germs are eveywhere - we just can't see them with our naked eyes.
