Being identical in phisique does not mean that there is necessisarily a link between their spirits. What makes you think that?

Even biological twins don't feel physical pain like that (I should know, kids in McDonalds would take us to opposite sides of the playarea, and pinch us, then ask if we felt anything). The first part though, about there being someone identical to every person on earth is an interesting thought.

No but I a have heard this also. I think every one in Unique and in the idea that God does not make idenical un less it is a twin. It is most possible that there is a genetic relation that causes the same features but that is just mankind to refer to our grand parents or relations we do not know about. No double gangers or twins on the other side of the world. Real Star Trek to go back in time and meet yourself. Zone this I have a picture of my Grandmother that looks just like me when I was a girl and I thought it was me when I looked at it but they said No its your Grandmother and I get a idea of what I will look like when I am old.

If this is true Howard Dean should have been aborted pre-birth!
The mere though of another such unbalanced, deluded, manic, ridiculous human-like caricatures existing in another dimension is just too much to bear,

you don't have an identical twin somewhere - but you are in more places than you would ever imagine - life is a long song

This doesn't answer your question, but I saw my 'twin' about 10 years ago, and it scared the crap out of me. His hair was naturally curly like mine ( which is unusual ) and he had dimples like I do. The only difference was his hair was not as blond.

No one is identical, even twins. They each have their own soul.
