We all know that Hillary will probably be the Democratic candidate but who is likely to be the Rep. candidate?

I think Hillary will run, but I do not think she will get past the Democrat's.. She will not be the Democrat's choice for president because she carries too much baggage.

I would love to know who the Republicans will put out there...

The reincarnation of Adolph Hitler...Sam Brownback. Incidentally, I do not think Hillary can be elected. She has too much excess baggage and past scandals. She is not a likable person either. Furthermore, a woman has never been President. The television pundits have already discussed the lesbian rumors about her. The Republicans are licking their chops, just hoping the Democrats are unrealistic enough to nominate her.

Actually I think Wesley Clark is running and his credentials absolutely destroy Hillary's, besides Hillary is not liked by many within the Democratic party. I think the Republicans are having some trouble right now in the party as it has become somewhat divided with the Bible thumpers and big business, so perhaps that is still being worked out.

I don't think Hillary will win... due to the fact that

A. 50 percent of the U.S. hates her

B. they want to win, especially now that the Republicans don't seem to have a decent cadidate (at the moment)

I'd love to see John MacCain win the Republican nomination. He's one of the only few republicans I admire.
