We did not all come from bacteria. We evolved from single-celled organisms. The fact that every living organism on earth has very similar cellular structure is one piece of evidence. If we were "created", then why bother with cells?

bacteria are cells. we are made of cells.
there are colonies of similar cells
and colonies where cells specialize different things
and primitive organizm whose cells have very few functions
