light bulbs are quite safe. If you are going to turn one into some freaky vaporizer, then you are dangerous! Just pay the$10.00 and buy one!!

No, it is not likely to be safe as most bulbs are not design for immersion in water.

Further, you are talking about using a light source to generate heat to evaporate water. If you've ever seen an E-Z-Bake Oven you'll know that lightbulbs, while they do produce heat, are not particularly efficient at it.

You could build one relativley easily using a surplus blower motor, but as vaporizers are so inexpensive already why not just buy one that is UL listed? Better to be safe than sorry.

Just put a pan of water on the stove and heat. Inhale the steam or just let it simmer to moisturize the air.

It's kinda a pain in the a*s.... You can use tinfoil and a torch..... The easiest way is to stick two knives in a old stove circle thingy and heat them up.... when you get them hot enough stick the bud in between the knives and push the knives together, inhale with a toilet paper center role. It works the same as a vaporizor
