They give free pregnancy tests, have counselors, know about many agencies that could help you - pregnant or not. Also all their services are free and confidential. They can refer you to doctor & let you know where to go to see if you can get medical benefits from state.. Don't know where you live though - but Pregnancy Resource Centers are all over USA and do not offer abortion.
Good luck & remember there are over 50 sexually transmitted diseases common among teens & preteens today! most do not have symptoms, but some do. also there is no real protection only no sexual contact of any kind.

We have no way of knowing based upon your symptoms alone. Every woman reacts differently to pregnancy.
If you've been feeling dizzy, maybe you're dehydrated or low on iron.
Take a pregnancy test.

Well, you didn't mention a missed period or about having sex.
Take a home pregnancy test or go see a doctor. We really can't tell you that your pregnant.
Those are signs of pregnancy, but they can also be sings of stress or some other underlying problem.
So... call your doctor and setup an appointment.

stress can cause all of those..wait till you have missed your period for at least 5 days, and then take an e.p.t
if that comes out negative, make a doctors appointment..

Sound very much like so, but take a pregnancy test, these symptoms might also be because of your period. If its late then most likely you are pregnant.
