Nothing "leads" to sexual harrasment, other than the immaturity of the harasser. It has nothing, necessarily, to do with the harassee.

Sexual harassment comes in all sizes, colors and sexes. . . so we are not just talking immature men here.

sexual harassment is caused by a very messed up person and this is caused by their childhood or something like that if that answers your question
