I am not looking to become a fanatic, but my fiance and I are trying to get pregnant and according to a few sites (and here) I should be ovulating anytime next week.

Are there any COMMON food (budget is VERY tight) that can help increase HIS and MY fertility?

Just wondering? LOL!

Thanks,
Belinda

Don't even TRY shoving the "wedding" on me! My fiance and I have decided NOT to get married right now because he owes back child support. Once he pays off the BACK child support and is caught up then we will get married.

His ex wife currently gets his federal income tax, I'll be DA*MED if she gets MINE and the earned income tax credit for OUR child too!

I can get mine by filing injured spouse, but I won't get ALL that I am suppose to and I won't get ANY of the earned income tax!

I work hard for my money and she will NOT be getting any of MINE!

Anything "normal" that I can slip into dinner is worth a try.

His ex had problems concieving their first and she went nuts with the charting and all. I don't want to do the same.

Our first baby was concieved while using condoms. LOL! So this is a first for me! LOL!

There is a book called Fertility Foods and the author is Jeremy Groll. It tells exactly what all you need to eat to boost your fertility. The book only cost about 16 dollars.

Try to eat alot of dark green vegetables(asparugus,spinach,ect.). They have alot of folic acid which is really good for you when you are pregnant and even if you aren't. Also try to start taking prenatal vitamins which you can get at the pharmacy over the counter. What worked for me when me and my husband were trying was I counted 14 days after my period started and you are supposed to be the most fertile on the 14th day. We timed it right and the next month I found out I was pregnant!!I hope this helped a little and good luck and God bless!!

this may be weird comming from a guy but you might try eating baked beans of all things. something about the way they are composed makes your chances of gettting pregnant more likely. Hey its worth a try.
