It's very easy. Once you have signed in you can click on the "ask" button at the top of the screen. Fill in atleast all required information including your question. Then it is critical, like in this case, to choose the correct category for your question, that's it on your part in the beginning. Allow people to answer your question for atleast 24 hours. Then you can not do anything and eventually or hopefully others will vote on the best answer for your question in about a week. If you see an answer you like you can vote on it and it will become the best answer. I think voting for the person asking the question may start after the first 24 hours.

Ask anything that is on your mine, If you have homework and you dont know the question. Then just ask the question and someone can help you with the problem.

well you're already mastered asking a question...its pretty straight forward...if you have a question, ask it...if you see a question that you know the answer to/think is funny/or just have some sort of remark to make, then click on it, click on answer question, and then write your answer and submit it...not too difficult
