Can you believe the lack of care some parents provide. Helmet? Just a helmet? WHERE"S the face mask? Good grief, if we are to allow the "special" kids to gambol about without a leash, they should at least be armored.

There are several children that must wear a helmet due to medical reasons. Either their skull is not intact or they have had to have a plate put in due to a previous accident, or birth defect. I know of such a little girl. Until they are grown and can realize what the problem is the helmet must be worn except for sleeping.

The child is actually the result of his mother having been abducted, probed, and violated. The helmet has nothing to do with bicycles, it's really the mechanism through which he receives instructions from the mother ship.

Isn't it the law that the kid has to wear a bicycle helmet? I don't think that it means he's retarded. I think he just wants to be safe.

I would say, yes.. he is mentally handicapped. Perhaps the helmet is to protect him if he's accident prone and falls down alot

he may have epilepsy and that's why he's been wearing the bike helmet so that when he has a seizure his brain will be protected
