In a search engine, type www.whitepages.com. There is a "reverse phone number" tab. Put the phone number in and see what name/address appears. It is free of charge. There is also a link from that site that you can find out the address for a small one-time fee. (I think it was $19.95.) Good luck.

There are several sites where you can do phone number reversals. Just do a google search and find a site. Just be careful what you say when you call. Remember that they have YOUR number too. Maybe make a police complaint.

Type the phone number, including the area code, into google. It will give you the name and address. I had the same problem with someone harrassing me and I found out who the caller was that way.

get a caller ID or press *69 it should give you the number. Either that call the police and tell them that you keep getting a harassment over the phone. They might do something about it.
