cellulases are very big in size then how came out of the cell wall of the microorganisms

Actually microorganisms are way bigger than enzymes cellulases.

Organisms are made of thousands of proteins, protein complex, carbohydrates while enzymes are made of protien or protein sub unit which are way small than organisms.

First what happens is that when fungus encounters cellulose then that gives the signal for it to transcribe the gene for cellulase enzyme on DNA into MRNA. This happens in the nucleus. Then the MRNA comes out of nuclear pore into the cytoplasm and get translated into protien which is the enzyme cellulase.

Then cellulase enzyme then comes out fungus cell wall and gets activated in the enviroment.

large molecules are excreted by a cell using vacuoles. The are like little bags of substance inside the cell that are made of the same membrane lipid bilayer that the cell membrane is made of. As the vacuole merges with the cell membrane it opens up into the outside of the cell and releases whatever is inside, including cellulases

probably some type of active transport- chansey he asked how they get out of the cell wall, i dont think he was saying they are big compared to the organism, rather "bigger" that small things o2, h2o, etc, that readily pass thru the cell wall, nor was he asking for an explanation (basic) of transciption I WIN!, no wait salty pearl wins
