umm i dont have my lincese neither my permit, and my only way to go to school is by driving by myself, and my lil bro will be with me since my parents aren't capable to give us a ride to school.
and i was wondering, what will happened if i get pulled over?
so far from what i know, i wont be able to drive until i'm 21 and i will have to pay a big fine...is there any other things that will hapened to me such as go to jail?
and by the way i been driving for a while now and i am pretty experienced

Under the influence of What???? If you get in a wreck and hurt/kill some one expect some jail time and a BIG lawsuit. Do your folks know about this? They may be in for a lot of trouble too if you get caught..

First of all, you should get a permit and learn driver's ed as well. If your parents are not able to give a ride then find a friend that you can car pool with to school. If by any chance you get pulled over by a cop, you will be asked for your license and registration. If you do not provide one, then you would be breaking the law, get a ticket and the car possibly impounded. Your parents would be called and would have to come down to the station and bail you out. You would then go to court and they would probably give you probation with a fine to pay besides paying for the car to get out of impound. Cars being in the impound cost alot to get out. And the rates go up everyday. They would probably tell you that you can not get your license until the age of 21 years old if you keep repeating the same offense. Your parents would be responsible of paying the fine and the bill for the car to get out of impound. If you keep repeating the same offense, you will serve a night or two in jail maybe.
I grew up with a cop in my family so im understanding the consequences if i ever did that at an early age.

I WISH I can drive myself to school. I have had my permit for months now and I haven't even touched the wheels of a car!! Anyways, you should NOT drive ever without a license.. especially if you're driving your little brother. What if you guys get into a car crash and have to show your license to the police?! Your parents are responsible for you and I have no idea what happens but they are going to be the ones in trouble.

driving under the influence is driving while drunk! lol, if u get caught driving without a DL you will get 1: car towed 2: wont be able to get Dl till 21 3: ticket. getting caught while driving with permit will be the same accept u will lose ur permit. if ur parents are disabled, check with ur DMV and see what if u can get a DL early.

Well besides the license being revoked till 21 and the big fine. You gotta think about the Insurance, it will skyrocket. Believe me been there done that.

threes a loot things that could happen ,,if you got in to an accident,,and hurt someone,,you could be charged with vehicular man slaughter,,and that will send you to jail for a long time,,but if you get caught right now,,its going to be a big fine plus a delay on getting your license,,if you do it be care full.
