I am about four weeks pregnant and my clothes don't fit. This is my second child and I don't remember this before. I have not been eating more. Has anyone else looked pregnant this early?

Welcome to my world! HAHAHA I have 2 boys and a baby on the way (14 wks along). With all 3, I pretty much found out I was pregnant and I couldn't wear my clothes anymore. Right now I look 5 months and there is only one baby in there. I, before pregnancy, wore a zero. Being slender before pregnancy usually means you get bigger, faster. Plus, this being your second child also usually means you show faster. I've only gained 4 lbs so far, but look like I've gained about 15. lol Don't worry, it is perfectly normal. Even if it were twins, it wouldn't make a difference in your size this early either. Good luck with EVERYTHING and God Bless!!

This is my second pregnancy and I disn't noticably start showing until around my 6th month. But everyone carries different. This time around, I'm about 5 weeks and I'm not showing yet either. Are you sure you're only 4 weeks? That's a concern too. If your doctor hasn't determined how far along you are then I would consult with him before assuming. And, you never know, it could be twins or more!!!

I stopped fitting in my own clothes at 6 weeks and wore my fiance's clothes until I was 6 months and then switched to a few maternaty clothes I had and sweat pants. LOL! It was my first baby.

The really weird thing was I could FEEL my clothes getting tighter but I didn't start showing until almost Christmas and my daughter was born Jan 19! LOL!

I felt the same way my second pregnancy. Your body remembers being pregnant. Everything is more noticable for the second, you will even feel the baby kicking sooner because you know what the feeling is like.

I am 40 weeks now, but I found out at 7 weeks. (My first) Before I found out, however, I thought I was just packing on a few extra pounds because I had to buy a size bigger in jeans. I think it is normal. Every one is different, as is every body type. I think it is some wierd thing your body does that says subliminally, "Hey-notice something different about me lately? Wanna know why?"Congradulations.

I always started showing at about 4 weeks or sooner. But I've also heard that it could just be fluid retention and gas in the beginning that causes this and not actual uterine growth.

I didn't have to wear bigger clothes with my first one until I was 6mos pregnant. I didn't show until then,
My 2nd one, I had to get maternity clothes at 3mos pregnant. I just carried them both entirely different. 2 boys even.

God Bless

I only have one baby...but I've been told babies after are a little bigger. Mainly beacuse your body knows what to do now. You might want to get checked out though just to rule out twin possibilities. Good Luck.
