It seems once we have society go ahead we are more than willing to kill whomever for whatever reason society chooses.
And I find myself with a desperate need to kill those I hate,
though I refrain from action their heartbeat still offends me.

yes it is prime evil,
dont believe all the people who say no
many are or allowing the slaughter of thousands far away
to voluntary be part of a culture that advocates war ,has to mean that you agree with it or at least condone it
to condone killing is almost the same as doing it
but a lot safer.

The answer is "no". We don't "all have an innate desire to kill".

I sincerely mean this respectfully and not at all in a fresh way, but if you feel you have a "desperate need to kill" those you "hate" it seems to me you may want to find someone professional to talk with about that. It isn't a happy state-of-mind, and it isn't the usual state-of-mind for most people.

Your choice to use the words, "offends me", leads someone reading your question to believe you feel you have a right to be offended by other people's existence. The "standard" thing is for people to not be around someone they hate and ignore that the person is "out there" somewhere.

Your question leads the reader to think you're being plagued with really miserable thoughts, and it just seems like you deserve to feel "non-plagued" as many happier people do. Think about this: If you let someone else's heartbeat offend you think of all the mental energy and "space" in your thoughts you're allowing someone you hate to use up! Life is short. You don't have the time to waste your thoughts on someone you hate. You're giving them more power in your life than they would have if you just ignored them and moved on.

I feel, any person, has within themselves, the desire to protect oneself, a self-defense mechanism. That if triggered, could create, a reaction, that could cause harm or death to another person. I also feel, that, within many of us, that we have sufficient pent up aggressions, that if triggered, in a way, that all of these feelings came to the surface, rather quickly, could cause harm or death, as well~!
Desire??? Not, so much the desire, just the capacity and ability.

No; but, if push came to shove, we've all got the capacity for it.
